Hello everybody. Uh, my name's Kathleen. Good afternoon. Good evening.
And or good morning, I'm here today to give you an idea about myself and about why I would be an awesome choice for your tutoring needs. Of course, I'm very biased. I have taught a wide range of ages from two, all the way to 71 or even sign languages to two-year-old.
And furthermore, I've taught in a wide variety of classroom settings, whether they're hybrid online, or face-to-face from one on one to 20. And even some of my large lecture courses, in which I have 225 students. I have my Ph.D. in French medieval studies in which I concentrated on the Arturian, uh, literature Corpus. I like to think of learning in general and language learning in particular as a kind of quest.
And so I try to instill in my students, um, self-starting quest seeking and target language speaking immediately from the time that we, uh, when we meet and we get down into the classroom setting and get going with lessons. So there you have it. Uh, I love language learning. It is part of why I, uh, pursued, um, being a French professor and an ESL teacher in the first place.
